Hi, my name is Marisa Vercamen, and I recently gained my Esthetician License in 2026 and graduated from Florida State University with my Bachelors in Science in Commercial Entrepreneurship in 2025. My passion for makeup and beauty began when I was just a little girl, when I would make videos of myself applying my makeup for dance competitions. Even then, I knew I wanted to become a makeup artist. And now, here we are.

At FSU, I had the incredible opportunity of taking the role as Beauty Director of Clutch Magazine for 2 years. I was able to lead my talented team in designing and executing makeup looks for the editorial photo shoots in our printed issues. In my last semester, I also stepped into the role of Photoshoot Director, where I got to create and direct my own creative vision, and bring it to life. 

Also, I launched my own mini beauty brand called Love Bite Beauty as part of a class project within the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship. This hands-on experience allowed me to explore product development, branding, marketing, and sales, giving me a deeper understanding of the business side of the beauty industry. 

Whether I'm designing a look that aligns with a creative concept, applying makeup, or building a brand story from the ground up, I love blending my artistry with strategy to create meaningful and beautiful experiences. I'm currently looking for opportunities to develop my skills further in makeup artistry and creative direction!
